The perfect holiday tea to elevate this sumptuous dish is a smouldering cup of Noel! Noel! Tea, an aromatic white and black tea blend with fragrant spices, tones of clementine and rich Tahitian vanilla.

End on a sweet note with an impressive meringue topped joconde sponge, filled with Christmas Lights Tea strawberry sorbet and Silver Moon Tea ice cream. Layered with strawberry confit and mascarpone Chantilly cream, topped with a serving of fresh berries and strawberry sauce, this stunning dessert will make a grand finale for any festive celebration.
